Tourist Visa Requirements

The Passport Portal

  • Your trusty passport is your gateway. Ensure it has at least three months’ validity beyond your planned departure from the Schengen area.
  • Fill out the Poland visa application form with care. Provide accurate information that aligns with the rest of your required documents. Print the form and sign it at the end.
  • Attach two identical photos (no older than three months) that meet the photograph requirements for a Polish Schengen visa application.
  • Your valid passport must:
    • Have at least two blank pages for visa affixing.
    • Not be older than 10 years.
    • Be valid for at least an additional three months beyond the date you exit the Schengen territory.
  • Include copies of your previous visas (if applicable).

Poland Travel Health Insurance

  • Obtain travel health insurance with coverage of at least €30,000 for medical emergencies. This insurance must be valid in Poland and the entire Schengen territory.
  • Provide proof of travel, which can be one of the following:
    • Round-trip Flight Itinerary: If you’re flying to Poland, submit a document showing your booked flight details (flight numbers, dates, and personal information).
    • Car Registration and Insurance: If you’re traveling by car, include car registration, car insurance, and return travel tickets (ferry or Eurotunnel) with the car’s registration number and driver’s license.
